During 1889-91, H. P. Blavatsky was unable to attend the Annual American Convention of the Theosophical Society in America, so she instead wrote letters which were read during each of the conventions. In this lecture, John Algeo discusses these three letters from HPB, the founder of the Theosophical Society, which are significant both from a historical standpoint and also because they reveal Blavatsky’s vision for the future of the Theosophical Society. 1991. 80 minutes.
