Regina Yeh, PH.D., is a laureate and prize winner of many national and international competitions, including the Newport International Piano Competition (UK), the Olga Koussevitsky Competition, the Bergen Philharmonic Competition, the National Foundation for the Advancement in the Arts Competition, and many others. She was also the recipient of grants from the Chopin Foundation of the United States and the Adele Marcus Foundation.
Regina was accepted as a pupil of the renowned Hungarian pianist and pedagogue, Bela Siki at age thirteen, with whom she completed her Bachelor of Music degree under a full scholarship at the University of Washington, graduating with a Magna Cum Laude distinction. She then attended the Manhattan School of Music in New York City, from which she received her masters of Music, Professional Studies Diploma and her Doctor of Music Arts degree (2003).
Dr. Yeh has delighted audiences with her performances throughout the United States and abroad. Recent highlights of her extensive performances include the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series in Chicago, the Manhattan Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Jersey Semkov, the Donnell Library in New York City, and the Battelle Center in Seattle for the Northwest Young Artist Series.
